Receptionist was extremely friendly & welcoming. Bar staff were chatty & food was delicious. No complaints whatsoever

The view from the room was spectacular, the hotel was very warm and welcoming, it was the weekend of storm Amy and the Atlantic was at its best. The food was quite acceptable and the Guinness was lovely. Great value all round.

The property was neat and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, really enjoyed the view from our room.

Very little to complain about, the quality of the double bed could be better, and the bed a bit bigger, but other than that everything was good.

Just a fabulous location, great food and service. Shaun was a very attentive waiter and looked after us so well. Great Breakfast and very good choice. Thank you.

I cant think of anything at all. I really had a lovely break and look forward to a return stay....in 2026.

The Pier Head Hotel is my favourite hotel.Its the staff at this place makes our stay so enjoyable. Everyone is so helpful and you are made so welcome. It is like a big family and as a guest one is made very much part of it.

Beautiful location, friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds and room was a comfortable temperature.
